At this time I am unable to accommodate in-home mobile services and am only providing services at my clinic space.

I am currently in-network with Blue Cross and Blue Shield, BCBS Blue Advantage, and IA Medicare Part B. I do offer self-pay rates for individuals who do not carry these insurances.

Yes, I can provide you with a superbill so that you may try to submit for reimbursement through your ​insurance company.

This is no guarantee, but some insurances may reimburse you if you have out of network benefits. Many times ​choosing to go the self-pay route ends up being cheaper in the long term for individuals with high deductible health plans.

Unfortunately not currently, but I hope that changes in the future! For my self-pay ​patients dry needling is included in the cost. For patients using insurance, there will be an additional $20 fee for dry needling.

All sessions are 60 minutes in length.

I cannot responsibly offer stand‑alone dry needling services. Dry needling is a skilled intervention that is most effective when integrated into a comprehensive care plan by a physical therapist. For your safety and best outcomes, dry needling is only provided as part of a full evaluation and ongoing treatment program that includes assessment, individualized exercise, manual therapy, and progress monitoring.
