Meet Your Therapist

Welcome! I’m Lauren Adamick and I’m the physical therapist and ​owner of Core Revival. I graduated from Northwestern University in 2019 with my DPT. I have ​7 years of experience working as a physical therapist, although I’ve ​been working in the physical therapy field for 16 years. I’ve been ​treating women and men with pelvic floor dysfunction for 5 years.

I am extremely passionate ​about treating individuals with pelvic floor dysfunction and helping them ​to achieve their ultimate physical potential. I also have a strong ​interest in nutrition and the way our pelvic floors can be affected by ​what we put into our bodies, as well as helping women to optimize their fertility when trying to conceive. I love being able to teach my patients ​about the amazing things our bodies can do while helping them ​maximize their function. I aim to help my patients gain a better ​understanding of the way their bodies move.

I currently live in Muscatine, IA with my boyfriend and two dogs. I ​enjoy crafting, gardening, being a plant mom, and learning new things.
